“My son, who will begin 3rd grade in August, has attended SBJA (a private Christian school) for the past two years and will continue to attend until high school. He loves this school, as do we! The school has many wonderful qualities: The principal is very involved with the students, parents and faculty; the teachers are loving and patient; the tuition is half that of the last private school my son attended; the campus and rooms are large and well-maintained; the class sizes are good (19 kids in his 2nd grade); I like that he wears a uniform; he loves to go to chapel every Friday to sing and hear lessons; the Saxon math program is excellent, as is the reading program. Parents who attend monthly parenting meetings on various parenting topics (always enlightening) receive a $25 tuition credit. We are very happy here.”

“I attended this school for two years as a child but had to relocate and finish my education in the public school system. I always said that if I were blessed with kids I would send them to SBJA. Well I was, and I did. My first child attended SBJA for 10 years and is now in an Adventist University. My second child is attending SBJA now and I could not be happier or feel more blessed knowing that he too will be receiving a terrific education in a safe, secure, caring environment. Where you send your kids is one of the most important decisions a parent can make, I have never regretted this decision and I m sure you won t either. God Bless.”

“This is our children's second year at SBJA. i thank God everyday for this school. It is everything I was looking for in a school. I definitely look at it as our family. The teachers care for the kids, as does the principal, who is more involved than I've ever seen a principal be. This is a school that teaches more than just academics, but to me more importantly, teaches value and morals. Something that is sorely lacking in schools today, public or private”

“This is a great school. The principal and staff are committed and involved. Monthly parenting meetings provide involvement to the parents. This year marks my daughters 6th year at SBJA. It is a terrific school and a close knit environment.”

“My children have been at this school for 6 years. The quality of teachers and staff at this school is excellent. The academic program is high, and the standardized test scores prove it. Aside from the excellent education, the school focuses on moral and character development, and deals with all unacceptable behavior, no matter how insignificant. It is more than a school, it is a family.”

“My daughter went to school here this year, I feel that it was a year wasted! This school is not top notch and I have seen public schools better than this. Prices are to high for a below advrage education. This school is only out there for the money. Until the councel can get someone in there to clean up house and get a true leader for the school, don't waste your time or your money here. You won't be happy!”

“This was my daughters 1st year at SBJA as a Kindergartner. I must say, the teacher was most wonderful. She has a well established cirriculum and the results of it are quite obvious at the end of the school year. Although the class size was larger than CA average, she had an aide available to assist her with the students. Besides, the school in general has a small school feel that allows the children to 'not get lost in the system' and instead gain confidence through mixed grade interactions. I love the Kindergarten/5th Grade Reading Buddy Program which encourages reading for both groups of students. Parent participation in school sponsored activities is encouraged and truly cements the fact that our children's education is a team effort - Teacher/Student/Parent. My child will be here for many, many years!”

“The teachers here are the best of the best. The classroom size is small enough that kids get that one on one attention from the teachers. The older kids look after the younger kids. You know that your smaller kids will not get picked on by older kids. Where else can you drive up to drop off your kids for school and the principal comes out to see you and remembers your name? I have 3 kids there and one more that will start in a few years. I would not take my kids anywhere else for school.”

“SBJA provides that small town, one on one touch that's missing from public schools. The teachers are dedicated, expierienced and truly care for your childs education. My kids just love the atmosphere and have developed a fever for learning like never before. Its affiliation with the Seventh-Day Adventist church provides a strong moral compass and good life values are being installed. It's a great school.”
